The Varivac Add-Mix is for chilling brine and marination. Stainless steel jacketed tanks are certified for ammonia or glycol. 200 gallon tanks standard, with other sizes available. All stainless steel. Easy transfer of brine or marinade from one tank to injector tank, allowing mixing to occur in other. One 200 gal. jacketed tank (ASE, 180 PSI), with 2" tri-clamp outlet, 2" butterfly valve, level indicator, mixer bridge and lids with 5 HP Admix Rotosolver. 2" butterfly valve, agitator bridge with hinged covers. One 400 gal. jacketed tank (ASE, 180 PSI), with 2" tri-clamp outlet. 2" butterfly valve, with 2 HP Rotomixx Mixer by Admix, agitator bridge with hinged covers. Two 50 GPM Sanitary pumps 1 1/2 HP. Mounting frame and stainless work platform. Complete electrical control panel includes: starters, a temperatue probe, flow meters. Glass Beaded after fabrication.
