MPBS 200 Sausage Press Extruder for Sausage Stuffer or Grinder includes: Paper feed, 2 rolls of waxed paper (4 1/2" wide x 240' long) and adapter to stuffer or #32 or #52 grinder; Available in the following sizes: (2 dies included): 3 Hole 1 1/4" diameter, 4 hole 7/8" diameter, 4 hole 1" diameter, 5 hole 3/4" diameter, 6 hole 1/2" diameter, 7 hole 7/8" diameter, 9 hole 3/4" diameter, 3/8" x 3 1/2" one slot die, 5/8" x 4" one slot die, 1 1/4" x 4" one slot die, 3/8" x 1 1/4" three slot die. This unit is use for manual cut; It allows operators to produce fine skinless sausages, ground or formed jerky or ground beef patties while eliminating the need for casings; USDA approved, no moving parts, easily cleaned; Product should be stuffed at +30° F. to +38° F; Product must flow from the press onto the paper (not too dry); The press will not work with emulsified or loose, non-compactable product.
