ReeClose 300 MAP Tray Sealer is a new concept of fully automatic machine for packing preformed trays; All stainless steel construction (ASTM 304); Easy access to drive elements; Easy cleaning (wash-down); Servo controlled system for tray sync in the die set; Film launcher controlled by drum motor with encoder + rewinding of the film waste with motor gear; Quick die set change over; Tray positioning system includes Total length over the machine frame: app. 1000 mm; Automatic system to locate the tray for the die set coming from in-feed belt; Servo drive system; In-feed conveyor transport (with indexing system to load trays coming from customer line); Trolley movable for single film roll unwinding; Photo-eye for printed film; Out-feed conveyor belt; Electric control / Interface: Electrical cabinet water-proof made in stainless steel (ASTM 304); Integrated control panel in electrical cabinet; Color touch screen with visualization for easy operation and product setting; Vacuum &Gas system (Modified Atmosphere Packaging); Busch vacuum pump power: 300 m³/h (100 and 200 m³/h also available) User friendly program with graphics; Complete Die-set FORMAT 1 Die set use: MAP or sealing: 4 trays in tool; Framework in aluminum anticorodal; Special features for die-set: Easy open tab; Innovative system that allows high-speed packaging; Packaging machines with a lower environmental impact. Lidding-film-sterilization is possible, when a UV X-Ray Sterilization Cabinet is installed in-between the film-carrier and the tray sealer; Up to 25 strokes per minute by only sealing; or up to 14 strokes/min under MAP , depending to the capacity of the installed vacuum-pump; Fast and precise positioning of trays by a patented tray-in feed with short gripping and easy synchronized placing of the trays also on two tracks; complete construction is in accordance to European IP 65 protection-features.
