Lightweight heavy duty commercial vacuum packaging machine; It's best suited for the sportsman that is tired of the mess and the expensive bags that are used on external type vacuum packers; External vacuum packaging machines have one problem in common, the bag is in the open air and as you draw the air out of the bag this creates pressure on the outside forcing any liquid (blood, gravy, or other juices) into the machine; This packaging machine on the other hand keeps all the messy juices in the bag! It uses a different type of bag that is much less expensive; With your bag inside of the vacuum chamber there is no pressure pushing on the outside of the bag so no juices are forced out and everything being packaged stays in the bag.
